Yeah, I wanted one of those when they came out, but it was too spendy for a sharecropper's kid.If I can find my caps and shot mold, I am gonna let you shoot my 1858 on Saturday.
How about that, you get to shoot something that's almost as old as you.
Hero15 lower? Now you have Art over in the corner sulking.
Thanks again, now I gotta give him his passy.

My post got deleted, but the other with exact same wording didn’t?
@Rabbit2047, was telling Suz about the chance to shoot your 1858 Remington & she insisted I play you this song. God, I love this woman.
Of course, she doesn't know enough ab out guns to realize the song is about an S&W after 1870 since it's a Russian .44, bit I love that she makes these connections.
I can't find my capping tool either.
I found paper cartridges, pre loaded with 14gr of 3F and a Hornady ball but they all require ground shipping and none of them will get here in time.
Anyone know of a good store that caters to black powder?
I got rid of all of my lead casting tools and bullet molds.
All I have left is some powder and if you want it you can have the old powder.
It has been stored in my temp controlled room in sealed boxes.
