Amen. I used to have bad acid reflux back in my mid-late 20’s and I fixed it by altering diet alone. I was lucky, that was before Prevacid and similar stuff was around.
In my youth I lived on Coke and fried food, lots of fatty burgers, etc. but luckily I had a really high metabolism so I didn’t get huge. I went to living on rice and tea like a poor chinaman, and things got better. Slowly added stuff back in as I was able to tolerate it, but I’ve never had an ‘iron stomach’. I figure it’ll be just about perfect by the time I die. Lol.

So I'm really pissed off now. I've been trying to find/buy a SLR106 for a while now but either I can't find one or they are wayyyy over priced.

Took my boys down to the baseball coaches shop to do some batting practice (he has a batting cage at his gun shop). I just happen to mention I was looking for a 106 and to keep his eye out. Well he tells me he just had one about 3 weeks ago. He bought out a guy that was getting rid of his guns and had a brand new in the box 106. Of course it already sold....DAMIT DAMIT DAMIT!!!

Buy an ACE in 556. Much better gun than a 106. I had 2 106 FR at one point.
