Nah it’s an SBR because it has a stock. If you make an AOW you still gotta pay 200.00 because you’re paying for a form 1 which is paying a stamp to manufacturer an NFA Item, regardless of it being and AOW or SBR or SBS etc so always file for an SBR even if you’re not gonna use a stock
it was a form 1 paper file SBR tho. Still worth 200.00!
The 5.00 stamp comes into play when you buy a factory new AOW that was made as an AOW from manufacturer

Out the side of the ridgeline! You can ask @Bigigloopt2 and @jimipanic theyve both shot the scorpion SBR with stock out. She’s dead zeroed and smooth as butter. Talk about soft shooting. Head shots ain’t no problem at 25y it’s really fun to shoot. Top ejection is cool too
I have. They’re wonderful and ship fast. No questions asked they’ll send parts new in bag or a new unit or unit with releases receipt. Mine broken lens cap cane back as a full New in box head unit sealed.
Electrical tape worka but I would rather have it fixed without spending $100 to buy another one.
