Seems unlikely for one person to have that many separate issues. Not saying you didn't, I'm just wondering how I've had several shipments from them and only 2 issues. Once they sent me a bcg and ch (along with) what was supposed to be just an upper, and the other time they sent me a standard safety when it should have been an ambi. I called them, got someone immediately and had the correct part 3 days later.

Wonder if all these PSA issues were during the panic of 2012? I could see that being a possibility.

It’s been more than 5 years since I placed and order with them. Maybe they’ve gotten better. It generally would take about 3 days to get a return email. I never had a call answered when I tried their number. So, I just gave up on them, and that’s why when I see an ad here, if there is any mention of PSA I wouldn’t even consider it.

I’m trying to think back. House was robbed in 09/2010 while we were upstairs asleep. Got back into guns right after that. So probably sometime in 2011 for my first AR build. We have built 5 from 2011- 2014, so yes.
