I’m hoping my work adopts the work from home doctrine.

Got some clarification from the contractor foreman, companywide 700 people got furloughed or laid off

Hope everyone still thinks it's a great idea to have fucked the economy for a 1% rate...the 2nd and and 3rd order effects of this shut down are going to be monstrous.

Called to refi the house yesterday and the first 3 minutes of the automated system is about the Coronavirus and delayed payments under the new bill that was signed Friday

I keep wondering if it would be worth the hassle for. Currently have 3.875.
Few things I’m life are more frustrating than the process of financing or refinancing a home.

They gave us 15 years @3.25

I owe 19 years, keeping the terms the same was going to be somewhere around what you have. My current rate is 4.25. So for us it made sense.

Anyone?
About to order a couple, for soon to be mine MP5 and Galil pistol.
Here are some comments I read about them.

The problem with this light is that you can't disable the stupid rotation between modes. So, unless you're willing to wait over a second between activations (which would be kinda stupid in a realistic use scenario) you're going to have a light that continually cycles between hi, low, and strobe inputs, when all you really want is hi. Strobe is particularly annoying.

Copied from Amazon: ... it makes it hard to find what you want as you have to cycle through all the modes each time. The light does remember the last mode you shut the light off on but you have to wait at least four seconds between actuations or it'll shift modes on you. This makes the momentary switch you can mount on your rail of questionable use, odds are if you're using it like you'd expect to use a momentary, a quick flash to check a room here and there, will result in you constantly switching between modes. I'm genuinely baffled how anyone could have thought this was a good idea. At the moment I'm leaving the remote switch off and simply using the tailcap switch and just leaving the light either on or off.
