Yeah dude brutal. Tried to buy a house in between renting my last place and this place. No body wanted to work with my Va loan and everyone was dragging such ass I would have ended up homeless if I didn’t just settle on another apartment. Had like 8,000.00 in cash as well. I’m gonna try again when lease is getting close. Even renting a home would be better for the family. Need a yard and a little space and renting a nice home for 3-4 years would allow me to save up a nice amount and provide a little time to transition to buying if working with a landlord as opposed to an apartment complex. They want 90 days notice and they don’t give AF
