I like these better than my commercial Bulgarian steelies. They are a great mag for the money, especially with the BHO follower. Great for practicing familiarity and gaining the muscle memory at the range too since I run mostly Yugo BHO mags in my SHTF/GHB kit.
First deployment on a covert OP on the roof a building outside of Sadr. They were bracketing mortars in on the IP check point beneath me. Civilian takes off running down a bridge where impacts were. Get hit DIRECTLY with a 60mm mortar. Like so direct it was almost comical . One of those “oh shit!!!!” Moments watching him run. A huge cloud of dust and explosion just absolutely consumed him and no shit he came bursting out the other side of the dust cloud and ran another 100y and was fine. So yeah weird shit happens in war no matter what caliber you’re using lol
