Never laminate but tile, slate, hardwood & carpet. You can do it.Anyone here install their own laminate flooring?
Considering doing it myself bc I got free time and think I'm smart.

My friend does flooring installation for a living. Said he'll charge $2.50/sq ft to install. I've known him since middle school...he was a CPA until like a year ago.
I figure if he can do it, I can. Worst that happens is that I have him come in and help at the joints/threshold areas
But the mods can & do.LMFAO we can't read your PMs
Do you yourself , youtube is your friend you will like the results better than some guys that will just slap the stuff down and run.Anyone here install their own laminate flooring?

Last house I redid had a drive under garage that the kitchen was over. Steel beam was supporting the level above the garage in one direction (as it should) the other direction only randomly spaced joists. Floor crowned down the center of the kitchen & sagged between some joists. I'd build forms, pour some leveling concrete, wait for it to set, take up forms, then drop fucking marbles to see where they settled for the next leveling.Down here in the gutter our slab is off by 3” and a combination of screening, floating and boat loads of concrete and sub floor etc we’re only kinda wavy
Agreed. Pre-finished hardwood is worth the extra.Hardwood or bust.
The first floor system I installed was pre finished tiger wood. Looked similar to this. I have a soft spot in my heart for wood flooring View attachment 74348
Now I have a few minutes of something to do.
And I got a coupon code but I'll be damned if I'm posting a pic of it!

Efile form 1?
I like it. Alot. Can't afford it and probably don't have anything you want on trade. What are everyone's thoughts on the M+M M10? I have a trade offer up for one of my guns. I already have a Sig 556XiR (SBR) which is very very similar in design. Street price on these is anywhere from $1200-$1500. Trade value would be around $1100 which is at least in the ballpark of my rifle unlike all the other trades I have received.
I don't really "need" another rifle. really looking for cash but this has me scratching my head

I don't know much about them but that sounds about right, check and see if its all numbers matching including the scope. See if the stock has been replaced. I remember reading that people who own these do something to them to make them reliable. I think its something with the stock and a mechanism in the gun that are prone to failure/cracking. You'd have to do some googling but they are definitely rare and worth moneyguy is offering it to me in trade for my bike. He says it is worth 3-4K.
