Extra 4" will add only 200fps, at most, over a factory 8.3" Axe pistol. And 7.62x39 does not rely on velocity nearly as much as 5.56 does.
Barnaul SP expanded out of short barrels when I tested it. I will try it out of Ace pistol, when I save enough milk jugs.

I don't like how the pistol looks like a grape that never got to actually grow into a grape, I MUCH prefer the rifle length.

She says it hurts when she breathes deep, has some body aches and can't smell or taste.
According to the hospital these symptoms are not bad enough to be tested for COVID.

Loss of taste and smell is a common Covid19 symptom. Give her Vitamin C and Zinc too. I am sorry. I would fight the hospital and insist on being tested for Covid. Assume that rest of the family is infected also.
