Sounds like a home build on a Childers receiver
had a buddy who built 2-3 here around Woodstock/kennesaw/canton area. He was “learning AKs” and built em up on Childers then traded and sold them throughout ODT as he got bored. I wouldn’t necessarily want to come across one of his builds lol. Just keep that in mind. I seriously doubt Rod of Childers receivers built that RPK for him seeing as Childers doesn’t offer that service. Unless he and Rod are homeboys

Zooming in on it as best as I can the bluing looks nice on the barrel and the receiver, the rivets look good with my limited resolution and the barrel pin looks potentially correct as well being recessed within the trunnion....does he have any receipts to back this up? Any email chain to prove builder?
