Take the FAL. leave the cannoli.
Heat the the receiver it with a blow dryer set on high.
If screw is steel and receiver is aluminum, put it in the freezer for 2 hours, then heat the Receiver, not screw. As aluminum expands, it will break a bond with the steel screw. Screw hole will be bigger when aluminum is heated, steel bolt smaller, when cold.
I had to do it to a BCM rail that BCM put on with red locktight on the screws. Stripped the torx bit at first, but cold and heat worked.

Yeah it's one of them L9a2 Man-lickers. Felt pretty good in the hand. Trigger was really crisp when dry firing it.
