I probably shot 1500 rounds total last year. Just dont have the time. Maybe next year when the family settles a bit more I'll start back shooting weekly again
Yeah, I think either would serve you well. I like .45 a lot actually, but for me 9mm makes more sense, the defensive ammo for 9mm has come a long way in the past decade and is cheaper to practice with. More rounds on tap is always a good thing and I can make better, faster hits.

I actually did. I’m zeroed dead on ringing steel at 50y that was a positive! Crazy how fast the round gets down there
After doing the ballistic calcs with the 28gr green tip stuff my 25/50y simulated zero ended up being SUPER close at 50y. To the point I made some glamour one click here here one click there adjustments but it was essentially on.
