First batch did, last year. These are GTG. WBP listens ro complains. As good as Arsenal stamped.
If you find a used Atlantic built WBP, BUY it. Teflon over parkerizing. I almost traded away one of mine, in Russian red, last year, glad I did not. $1200-$1300 rifle easy

As good as Arsenal stamped isn't a ringing endorsement. Those are known for crap finishes.

I am talking mechanically. Aligned sights, bolt rails, concentric barrels.
PS I have 2 stamped Arsenals. No problems with paint burning off. On another hand, WBP bolt carrier is better machined than Arsenal's.
