I’m a fan of being culinarily brave, but licorice, horseradish and onions are on the short list of things I do not like. Oh, and add pickled baby squid sushi and pickled herring to that list.
But ceviche is good, as is raw quail egg.
tried Pho and it was ok, but the egg soda was spectacular.

I'm okay with most of that stuff.
I don't really care for chicken feet or pork feet. Some of the intestinal wall stuff is also a little too chewy for me. I also don't care for tendons. Flavors don't bother me, but some textures I find extremely unpleasant.
