Looks like a Hungarian sling. I think Romanians used leather too but not sure?

It’s Romanian. The Hungarian leather slings have a buckle that looks like a pants belt with a leather keeper just aft of the buckle.

I have a 642, and a 940. I really wanna swap the cylinders but just can't bring myself to do it. Cause it would have to be a permanent change. I will just hold out till I find a 3 inch 940.... or if I get super lucky (bucket list gun) a 547 round butt.
