Honestly the only way I could watch the SOTU address tonight...
I already have a 5.56 bolt and carrier I can steal from that Hesse piece of shit.... order a true .308 barrel blank from Green Mountain and ream the chamber myself. Cut and thread barrel just after the gas block and pin/weld a monocore made to length and a removable shroud to fit under the front end of the chassis....
Not sure on SAMI Specs on the 300bo off the top of my head, but I imagine a milled RPK receiver and trunion would hold up nicely. Might have to modify the bolt carrier a little bit.... PLUS I could use my 5.56 Circle 10 Mags.....
