I have just the poly magpul sights. Got a set on my pistol that I’ll keep on there since I use a red dot in it, but I have a rear mbus on my smith and Wesson that I would absolutely sell and get the DD rear sight

I misunderstood you. But yeah, the DD sight is your best bet unless you're willing to spend a few hundred bucks on a chunk of Canadian polymer.
I call that "reconstructive surgery" when I do it. The mag was attacked & scarred by a band of criminals & I'm doing reconstructive surgery to repair it's self-esteem and get back to a better place.
