All you have to do is create a new email address and then just create a new account on your cell phone with your WiFi turned off. Then you just have to remember to turn your WiFi off before you log on and remember to keep your WiFi off when you're on there. Cell phone networks use the same couple IP addresses so anyone with AT&T when browsing on your phone will show up as the same IP address and they'll never know. Either that or you can just change your IP address or use a VPN. Just be sure if you're using a VPN you have it set to whatever location you're gonna say you're from.
