Yeah, I’m in the same boat. Got 2 outdoor cats (they have warmth and food and relative security in the garage), and inherited a dog from BIL 18mo ago. Can’t have an indoor cat with that dog, and might be moving soon, so I’ll have to figure out what to do about the cats I’ve already got.
Ok, I like cats and dogs with a preference for cats, but that’s just damned funny.
Also, my son asked today if we could have spaghetti and Dog meatballs for dinner.
I had 2 indoor cats a long while back, and I’m a firm believer they need to have room to roam or they go a little crazy. My outdoor hunters are awesome.
Mine furry bastards are outdoor cats but they come inside pretty much daily for a couple hours. They have a letterbox and use it.
