Is there a way to tell if that's an older M10 or a newer one? Aren't the old ones worth more?

Meh, that's the "Duty" model, or the Gen 1 P-07 as some refer to them. They were known to have several issues.

And I don't believe that the mags will work in a 2nd Gen P-07 either, but I could be wrong.

Date on the trunnion. Importer name. Old one was M+M, not Century.
