I'm really impressed with these Bulgy steelies I got today. The finish on them is excellent and loading them they feel really smooth. Thanks for the recommendation @Jeddak! At ~$13 per mag they really are a good deal for what you get IMO.
They changed the laws a few years back. I believe if you work over 40hrs in a week and you make less than $50k a year they are required to pay salary employees overtime. I think there's an exemption for companies with less than 50 employees though.
