I used to ride with a guy that was lead diver for City of Tulsa. He was big guy, one day he had his crew at lake doing training. Cop came up said they had a submerged car, wanted to find out if anyone in it. Buddy dives in, gets in car, feeling around (poor visibility)...has body brush up against him, an arm or something. Buddy freaks out, about has a fit getting away from it.
Then he realized it was just a shirt floating around, lol.
So, I'm not sure since it's not my project, but looks like and excavator slid off the barge and got damn near buried
