I got a batch of the suspect Winchester primers that would burn thru the cup. I had some Wolf primers with a bunch of duds, and I have had a brick of CCI that had about 2 hangfires per 100. I think that all manufactures have some duds, but I attribute moisture somewhere in the supply chain to contamination before I got them except the Winchester issue. What caliber are you having problems with? I usually only shoot their stuff in European calibers.
