PTR91/HK91 vs AK

Lol I don't. I get way to ocd about making the best choice that I agonize over rediculous details.

VZ2008 with 2 mags from PSA is $417 shipped. 5 mags are about $95. A case of Wolf is $220. Total: $732

PTR91 16" GI: $800 with 12 mags.

C39 V2 with a case of ammo and 3 mags :$1000. I am very impressed by the C39. The fit and finsh is amazing.

I do too bro. It takes me weeks to months to make a buying decision. The amount of time is not always based on the price. But I'm 99% happy with my decision when I'm done.

Sometimes I wish I would do this but then I would not have the collection I have.

Objectively I think the answer is AK/VZ. It is the simplest design that offers the best mix of accuracy, power, firepower, and cost.

The PTR/HK just tugs on my heartstrings more...but offers 98% of the reliability of the AK and twice the power..

After seeing that video I am leaning AK. That Bolton Block makes the gun look SOOO much better. Couple that with a shortened barrel and the PWS brake and it looks like a winner.
