Yes they are...but they are guessing at the class action cost. If the suit can show they're liable for additional hundreds of millions, or more, in loss on behalf of the plaintiffs, they are fucked both ways from Sunday.

yah today there was alot of bullshit with them closing the options down. but now they've just pissed off everybody and will have even more people pile on tomorrow. The big push today was folks on teh forums that were from other countries pushing in where the options weren't blocked. Once they saw the prices werent going to completely tank like they wanted they waved the white flag and open options back. tomorrow is gonna be fucking nuts.

Expect a retreat down to about 1600 as the dollar continues to lose some ground. In the coming weeks / months, gold will begin to bottom out before it takes off into the stratosphere. We'll go above $2k pretty easily after we begin our ascent following a brief dip.
