I bet he did. I honestly hate that shop but with two Kwaks in the shed I have to go there for parts from time to time.

I've dealt with dealers for to many years. Mx racing son since 5 years old. I prefer to order 99% online and have a hubby that does all repairs!

Yeah, sadly I am too impatient to order parts online most of time. Most of the time, like last Thursday, I realize I need something two days before a planned ride and don't have time to wait for the UPS man.

Just find a smaller shop. The dealer shops usually have the worst prices
