So after two years of looking I finally scored a smoking deal on a 9mm upper.....

6" RRA upper with Troy rail.

Going to be taking it down to see @N Word Jim at Dobbs Defense to cut an inch and a half off and thread it 1/2×28 instead of the 1/2x36 it is right now. This way my can won't stick out so far, and I won't have to buy a new fixed barrel mount for my can.

Anyway, the real reason I have wanted to do this is I have a couple of slidefire sticks just sitting here than since the 7n6 ban went into effect, I can't afford to shoot.

I'm thinking a 4.5" recessed suppressed 9mm SBR with slide fire stock is going to be a hoot.

Plus it will give me something to put this spare aimpoint PRO on.

Woo hoo, C'mon mailman and dont lose this package!

Looked them up. They are kinda proud of them. About $90 3 pack?

I don't know. The upper I bought is coming with a pile of them and technically speaking Colt mags are just modified uzi mags (which I already have a pile of.)

Honestly as much as I like Glocks and Glock mags, I don't care for Glock mags in an AR.

Plus, this upper is going on a SBR lower I already own, so Colt mags is really my only option.

Question - what can are you using?

The reason why I ask is that I tried to sell a 1/2x36 tirant 9 piston a while back. I still have it available - though the white lettering on your suppressor seems to indicate not AAC.
