Lessons learned.

Factory slide stop is best. The Ghost brand one has a slightly shorter spring that can come undone.

Make sure you file out the guide rod channel very well. Otherwise you get a very gritty slide pull.

The ejector may need minimal nudging to get the slide on the first few times.

Suarez Magwell fits BUT you have to narrow the bottom of the front strap. Took maybe 5minutes w a dremel.

Yep, I can do the rest with a hand drill and dremel if I chose to.

Basically it's the kit and whatever Glock upper you want to run it on.

This was all done with a Dremel and a hand drill. Now I'll be filing the rest down using files and sand paper.

I could probably do a little more using the dremel but no need to risk it.

That's loozing good! A little sanding will clean it right up! I bet some finexpensive sandpaper wrapped around a wooden dowel may help with the curvy parts.

did this using a small round file and some WD-40. This is by far the hardest part.

Lesson learned- no need for aftermarket mag release. The factory one becomes an extended one due to how the frame is cut

Dammit man that's sweet !! Grip texture looks like sandpaper with that lower. Very nice I like the aggressive look of it and the undercut guard too. Well done @Righter13. I need to see your side by side targets with the G19 for sure.
