PMAG covers

do any of you use the pmag covers? I've read they are good for taking stress off the feed lips.

I store my loaded PMags with the dust covers on. I've also stored loaded PMags without the dust covers and never had issues.

I think I sold all the mags I had that came with covers during the last panic. Honestly, the mags I keep loaded are all aluminum body mags. I've had some of them loaded for a long time and they still function fine.

I'm just thinkin about the possibility of a full capacity mag ban. I figure if there is anything I can do to keep my mags in good shape is good.

I can't argue with that. I'm sure the covers wouldn't hurt anything.
