October 1st 2016 - My AR9 gas key stripped right off the bolt. I called and called. No answer.
October 2nd 2016 - I called some more. No answer.
October 3rd 2016 - I emailed.
October 5th 2016 - They replied. I immediately replied saying go ahead with the UPS label and I'll ship it in.
October 9th 2016 - They emailed the label. I shipped immediately.
November 4th 2016 - I replied to the email today asking wtf is up... This is very irritating.
November 8th 2016 - Dylan replied and said it was delivered to the wrong address.
November 8th 2016 - I asked him if it came back to them?
November 10th 2016 - "This item was not returned to us. It was delivered to this address, and left at the front door."
November 10th 2016 - "So are you going to contact UPS or what?"
November 14th 2016 - "Unfortunately, this UPS claim will be denied, as the item was shipped to the address you've provided at the point of purchase." (They shipped to my old address and I had no clue what the shipping address was considering there was ZERO communication. Had no idea they received it, no idea they fixed it, and no idea they shipped it back out! Hows that for a 101 on communication is key...)
November 14th 2016 - "So are you going to try and help resolve this or are you basically beating around the bush at telling me to fuck off?"
