Real easy to get mixed up. Especially if interested in speed.

I've had one round with no powder in it (someone else's reloads). It's really very obvious when you go from "bang, bang" to "pop"... stop immediately and figure out what happened.

Good deal- I've seen a few over pressured rifle barrels due to very similar problems. But at least in my experience, you have to do something really wrong to fire a live round after a squib. I've yet to see a true squib round cycle a semiauto action.

Same here. After meeting this guy, I'm sure he tapped and racked another round in.
