Somebody had WAY too much on their hand....gun.

Another one of those what the heck was he thinking things? 8 cylinders, 48 rounds total, in a percussion pistol no less. If you've ever fired a Cap & Ball Blackpowder Revolver, and had a chain fire, where each chamber in a goes off at the same time imagine this one going boom. Especially with that plate taking the impact.

Little wonder Joseph Enouy remains unknown today. I was going to bet it was an Italian Job but who knows he might have immigrated to England.
