Just saw a post by preparedness depot that atf is stating suppressors on form 4s will be 30 day approvals as of Dec 21st. Working on verifying that.

One can only hope so ... it is the gubment we are talking about and they like to make things inconvenient as possible here lately. Be nice especially if it doesn’t crash the Efile site

Who did you send your CLEO copy to using a Form 4 trust The District Attorneys office or the local sheriffs dept. it clearly says you can send it to either on the ATF page.

I thought CLEO notifications were no longer a thing? When the trust rules changed in 18 or 19 and there was a mad rush on nfa items before the changeover...or is the above what I'm thinking of, just incorrectly

The 41F changes included all responsible participants needed to add prints and photos and also new notifications added for the CLEO that’s why there was a mad dash to beat the changes.

Yeah, I remember the change being from "Cleo permission" to "Cleo notice" now
Doesn't the transferor send the notice? I recall Bullseye having me fill and sign a form for this when I picked up my can...
Or is this a step I missed completing?

I’m going to do an individual to trust and send it all in myself.

The difference is Cleo notifications.
Not requests for permissions.

It used to be (individual) mother may I.
Now it’s I have this , fuck you. And yet now they know.

I think I’ll just send both to the Sheriff and forget what silencershop says about the DA. Only one way to see. I have a 50/50 chance to epic fail it can’t wait. Haha

No but I’ve read they are 2-3weeks to get to the dealer tho.

Man, with the IRS years behind on returns, they probably got one old guy in the corner processing stamps at 1or 2 every 3 months. The rest are pulling desk time processing tax returns. Hope they don't jump out any windows while they are there !!!

Withdrawn the dude decided to move right in the middle of submittal and the ATF cancels it because of the address on the forms. What a goon. Almost halfway through and boom start it over. Well I’m not doing that again go to the dealer and do the kiosk Efile from now on it that easy and less people drama. Lesson learned
