Gotcha I misread you already did SBR !

Hey guys Do I need to start putting lowers on NFA now ? Are there real concerns we will lose pistols in rifle calibers or do I just roll the dice ?

I have one 11.5” in 556 and a 12” in 6.5G

I can almost assure you eventually rifle caliber pistols will be thrown into some kind of opinion or ruling. As to how much you care about that I cannot say.

I’ve had SBRs and NFA for so long, even during the good old days I had NFA items so it’s just kinda business a usual for me to have NFA items pending at all times lol.

In fact every rifle caliber I own is an SBR except 1 geiselle super duty and it’s a 14.5 pin and weld. I almost own exclusively SBRs

Fair enough answer thanks. I’ve been in the NFA registry since around 2015! So what’s a couple more.
Another ? Will EFile form 1 trust for SBRs work better / quicker and is there a printable stamp ?

They email you a copy of your approved tax stamp you can print it out if you’d like and definitely efile is faster. Most people are 30-60 day approvals but trust may slow you down if you have other people on that then everyone has to be BGC by the FBI. That’s why I don’t do trust the FBI takes long enough back ground checking me let alone anyone else
