Just saw this in the American rifleman. Why all the rails? Are you going to load up a target rifles with flashlights and lasers? It looks ridiculous. If you are going to make a target rifle make it, and for fucks sake ruger, stop tryint to dip your toes into two worlds at once like you did with the scout. Just make a fucking purpose built rifle without the bullshit.
