Personally, I like the Gen 4 grip much more. I had a gilled G17 RTF2 and a gilled G19 RTF2 (still kicking myself for selling those for $500 or less).

The RTF2 is really rough as hell in my opinion. I mean, 9mm doesn't kick that much.

I just can't get I to this new grey fad. At least OD and FDE kinda blend in outdoors. I don't see a big advantage of grey over black.

But then again. I'm not very Tactical so that may be my problem.

I never thought about it that way- my initial thought was that grey would be a little less noticeable if my shirt gets lifted up for some reason, but the older OD would be far better for blending into my skin color.

I guess this is for the same reason car companies branched out from Henry Ford's "any color you want- so long as it's black" I swear the marketing folks are in charge of engineering in some companies.

Well to be fair color doesn't have much to do with engineering most of the time

Special edition Glock that doesn't do anything a regular Glock won't already do but will still likely be a huge hit...marketing genius and the price of admission to the Glocktard Club

Ohhhh baby! I can't wait to get my hands on one of these. There's even a rumor that they'll be doing a "light" version that is slightly less grey. Whoa, I don't know how these guys keep doing it, but they just keep digging their hands into my pockets with all of these new offerings.
