Need a watch for work!! Ideas?

All input is welcome. Not a watch guy. Have never found a comfortable one but, the time has come. I need to get one for work. Lots of co-workers have told me about Suunto, Luminox, GShock. I need something with a smaller mm face for my puny wrists. It also needs to hold up to abuse and be able to be cleaned often. Mainly, used for my job in EMS. Thanks!

I've had one since 2008 and I've only change the battery 1 time and that was just because it had been 5 years so I did it out of a preventative maintenance thing,

It's been around the world and beet up pretty good and still ticks.

Digital or analog display?

Can't go wrong with G-Shock. You can beat the crap out of it. It's more accurate than an automatic Rolex.

If you want to get into quality watches I think you're looking at $750 and up. Sapphire crystal, quality Quartz movement, etc...

I'm not a horologist but I'm partial to TAG and Omega.

$100/$1000 both keep time the same.

Thanks! My wife bought it for me. It's 44mm. My wrist isn't big so it prob looks bigger than it really is.

It's a great looking watch... and I don't really like tags.

Not sure what price range you're looking for, but the G-shocks mentioned are durable, just not my cup of tea. I've been a fan of Citizen watches and Luminox; anything titanium will last.

My current Citizen has held up well over the past few years with only minor scratches, but it's fairly large due to all the time zones & extra GMT display

It's a great looking watch... and I don't really like tags.

I'm wasnt a big TAG fan either but have to be now. I like the Carrera line but way out of my price range.

I've heard good reviews on the Orange Monster, think they have a 2nd gen out now; one of the most rugged watches under $250

Im a fan of the G-shock and the Citizen eco drive models The citizens feature wide range of styles and all are solar charged. The G-shocks are available in solar powered versions as well (my preference). I also like the Seiko Kinetic watches.

There's a GShock with a Hybrid display that would likely suit your needs.
