Would absolutely love it. I don't see it happening though. Cali and NY will fight tooth and nail against it.
They can try but it wont do. Once its passed they have to accept CCWs from other states
I get that. I just think the left will fight that legislation using every truck they can to keep it from passing.
They will, It'll even be challenged in court, go to the UnAmerican circuit court (9th circuit) and go right to the supreme court.
Believe me, I hope I'm wrong. I just think national reciprocity is going to be a hard one.
And before anyone says it, I have already called and emailed my reps in regards to it. Just because I'm less than optimistic doesn't mean I won't do as much as I can to help support it.
In. I am surprised broke ass California has time or resources to put up a fight when they will spend 100k for a convict to have sex reassignment surgery!
With people like Bloomberg they don't have to pay for it. He will throw every dime he has against it and the HPA I bet.
The gun grabbers are already working hard to make sure that on the off chance a national reciprocity bill is passed, they can work their federal registration scheme into it.
