Never owned a Mosin or SKS. I was about to buy an SKS once, but the guy said it was $450 and I immediately turned around and walked out of the store (thanks Chuck's Gun and Pawn- I have never bothered to go back).

A couple ar platforms in 7.62x39, one ak, m&p pistols, shotgun, a newly aquired savage .308 and a fvsr. I don't even have an ar in a traditional caliber, how funny is that. I can thank @NWS for that

sks might surprise you, they are actually a damn good bit of fun to shoot, more accurate than any ak and you don't feel bad at all beating them around the woods

I've shot several of them. I just have no desire to own one.
