MOE SL-k stock?

ive been shopping around for a new stock. I like the MOE SL stock, but they also have the "k" model that's smaller height wise. It's a bit cheaper which is why I'm actually interested in it.

What pros or cons would there be to the smaller stock?

I have it. I think it's meh. It just doesn't feel as comfortable as the BCG Gunfighter stock. If you want smaller I'd recommend it.

I have an ODG one on a setup. It works and locks up pretty tight but otherwise - like Strider said - it's kind of meh. The feel of it when shouldered is kind of standard...nothing too special.

I prefer the B5 sop mod stocks but they're pretty heavy.

The SLK is close to the weight of the MFT minimalist but is not quite as light. I would buy the SLK over the MOE or CTR any day.

I have a regual MOE one now, but I need one with a QD spot. Ill give the BCM another look too.

What is it you like about them? I played with one in the store but never on a rifle.

Small but has a good cheek well. Streamlined so there's very very little that can get caught in it. Has the QD mounts for when I use it on an issue rifle and can't change to a QD end plate. Comfortable to shoulder and very sturdy.

CTR may be what you want then as it comes with built in QD point. I can't remember if the SL comes with one or not. The SLK does not.

You can add a IWC QD to a SLK or MOE but for the cost, you might as well go with the CTR.

I don't like the short stocks. I'm relatively tall - 6'4, and have to drop my head way down to get a decent cheek weld.
