Im sure it will be cool by morning. Charcoal works good but it dont last long.
These days I cook everything on a charcoal grill. Have a gas grill out there but I never use it (hand me down grill).
I need to prep the racks of ribs and set up the grill so all I have to do at 7am is light it and toss the ribs on after it's smoking good.
Finally get to use my cast iron wood chip/smoker holder thing from the clearance rack.
After a few days of being sick I’m gonna feed the fuck out of it.
Pork chops seasoned with:
Rosemary, a dash of dill, salt, garlic, paprika and cinnamon. Maybe a dash of Turmeric if I can find it. Found it.
Pan fried in a mix of olive oil, butter and bacon fat.
‘Cause FUCK being sick.

Ribs,butt hole chicken,twice baked potato's, beans. Beer and cleaning out the garage
Just got done cutting the grass. Well the back yard anyways. The grass grows faster and more weeds back there and I know it is getting time for the monthly HOA inspection.
