Scout scopes have no use for dots or dashes.

I agree, 3x ftw, otherwise, 1.5-4 Wider fov with a fixed power scope, and it is a fucking scout rifle after all.

Vortex has a scout scope 1-4x coming out in a couple months for around $150 I'm going to wait for.
