I looked up the 2.0 today. I'm interested in trying it out however there's not one that comes from the factory with a threaded barrel. What gives. Have they not followed the NFA waiting period to see it go from 5 months and double to 10 months. How do you bring out a new pistol without that being an option. Maybe it's marketing guenius' sell a ton without...then bring out the threaded option and sell a ton more. I called S&W they said dunno when it's gonna be available they don't tell us anything. I can't find an aftermarket TB either. What I did find out is that the mags are interchangeable however the barrels are not. I guess I'll have to hope Storm Lake jumps out there quickly with the TB.

I wonder what the wait is for though. New pistol has been in r & d and no one thought to try a can on one. Not believing that.

The CORE is cool too raised sites and RMR ready will that have an upgraded trigger even better than the new standard.

I would like to compare side by side with my m&p line up. It is crazy that they don't have a factory threaded barrel option, or even a aftermarket barrel out yet

I'd like to give one a try. I wasn't a huge fan of the gen 1 M&Ps but wouldn't mind trying one of these to see if I still like my glocks better.

I think I'm gonna just go for it and hope Storm Lake hurries the hell up with an aftermarket TB. You know they had to know it was coming out sooner than we did.

They have to look at the sales aspect just like any other company. Many OEM gun manufacturers don't offer many lines with threaded barrels due to low sales and they count on aftermarket companies to cover that. If the HPA act passed OEMS will probably still be years away from threaded barrel option until number of suppressor owners increases. For now we are stuck with what we got!

Jumped on in and picked one up. I'm stoked to get to the range and try it out. I hope the aftermarket threaded barrels come out soon.
