I’ve never fiddled with these - tell me, would this thing help me if I have a tenant (mother-in-law) who keeps fucking with the thermostat and then can’t figure it out, so then I gotta go over and reset the damned thing...?

I swear if I could find a 1970s round dial thermostat that would function 2 zones I’d do it!!!

As long as she has wifi. You can still program it and lock it without wifi. With wifi you can do from phone
