Anyone know where I can get a good deal on a quality barrel? FN etc. I've been checking PSA daily and they seem to be up to the brim with carbine stuff but, no mid-length stuff. Working on my first build and trying to keep the weight down. Doesn't have to be a pencil barrel but, don't want a heavy, bull etc.

Brand any good? Never heard of them. That's a damn good price. I don't really care about CHF. This is a weekend warrior rifle.

I know. My girlfriend hates when I build because I research for hours every day until the build is complete.
This is why I just buy complete uppers. Find the look I am going for and purchase. Makes things way easier.
Yeah, I should've but, picked up the rail I wanted. I got a Fortis Rev II M-Lok. I have a spikes stripped lower and a PSA LPK.

Seeing as how 90% of the barrels on the market are actually made by them, yeah I would think most of us have experience with them.
They've been around forever. They kind of got their start and made their name by making custom barrels for 10/22's. They make a decent barrel.
