Long muzzle device

Need advice on a long muzzle device for Mr 300 BLK. It has a long oversized handguard to allow me to run a Suppressor under it. But who knows when the stamp will come in.... What can I run to get the blast out past the handguard in the meantime? I thought about a faux Suppressor. Ideas?

Barrel is 8".

Then just use any old blast can that will get you beyond the hand guard.

Both of these have ports close to where it mounts on the barrel. There would still be blast under the rail. That's the other issue.

If sinking money into a long flash hides, may look at picking up a cheap rail that would fit. Matrix Arms stuff is cheap, but good quality. A bit heavy, but not the cheap, flimsy aluminum you typically see in their price range.
