That's part of the reason I switched to only single actions for hunting. Actually, just the Ruger Blackhawk.I have a Colt Python that does the same thing.
Actually, the Python is one of the biggest pieces of shit ever produced in a double action revolver. Old outdated tech that is constantly out of time. That said, it is smooth as butter and sexy as hell. Funny how things work sometimes.

strangely enough the curve is one of their winners IMO.
When I'm asked about taurus I usually just reply that they are good guns for the money and have a pretty decent warranty.

Didn't hear about that.
But the gun does everything as advertised. It fits great, small, simple.
PT99 sits on my nightstand. Never had an issue, and would love a PT111 G2 if the mag release wasn't so light.
