The MKI is an older and discontinued version. I am not sure of the operational differences. I think the MKI is a slower rate of fire. 650 rpm vs 750 rpm of MKIIOkay, I'll admit that I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to most of the Lage stuff. What's the difference between the two?

The M11/9 Lower is made before 1986 the uppers are made in the last few years.
The lower is the Machine gun.

Well shit. I didnt think FA anything could be had for less than like $20KThe M11/9 can be had for around 7k right now and if you find one cheaper I would suggest you get it as you could make money on it.
