I will not own another Walther. Since Umarex took them over, they have gone downhill quickly. Why they have allowed their brand to decline while putting out garbage like the P22 and CCP is beyond me.
Not sure when Umarex took over but my M1s are all SW imports and run flawlessly.

Umarex took over right around the time they released the P22. Umarex is an airsoft company and they build the P22, PPX and CCP in their airsoft factories.

That's a little discomforting....

I know. They, like Glock with the 43 & Remington with the R51, completely screwed up their single stack 9 offering. Shitty trigger, manual safety, & needs a take down tool? Pass.

WOAH I didn't know it needed a take down tool....that's ridiculous. Too bad for Walther, they coulda hit it out of the park.

I didn't know before I got it but my HK 416D is apparently made by Umarex/walther. Didn't find that out until I needed parts. Doesn't make me happy, but doesn't make the gun any less awesome either.
