What's the general consensus on critical commentary in for sale ads? Not that I'm planning any.

I'd have to agree. negative commentary may be justified in an extremely small percentage of sales ads but largely ti would be inappropriate.

Surely you can comment with a question about the particular item in question. Just don't be condescending or derogatory with your words. I see no reason to bash anyone. I have browsed ads that have an issue and see the seller bumping and commenting on not getting any offers. This is the best way to deal with it. If ya don't like it, move on!

have my sons truck and a ninja for sale now.i do need to sell off some guns that were impulse buys,that are just sittin around.
possibly thinkin about sellin 2 of my beloved PAP's also

If I see something wrong, I might tell the seller, "hey you have the sights on backwards" or some thing like that... Just so he could correct the Ad or take a new picture.
